Ethiopian coffees are finally beginning to trickle in, and this Kurume variety from Yirgacheffe is our first offering of the year. We love this coffee's jammy flavors of blackberry, stone fruit, and hint of pineapple. This ultra small lot is limited and will sell out soon!  

We're expanding our relationships in Ethiopia, and this is our first purchase from Tracon Trading. Their processing station receives coffee typically on the day of harvest. After a rinsing step, the coffees lay on raised drying beds for 8-25 days, with frequent rotation.
