This is a dry processed, fragrant, fruity, creamy coffee from indigenous heirloom varietal grown at 2000 meters from family-owned farms organized around the Garbota coffee mill located in the Gedeo Zone of the Yirgacheffe district. We roast this bean to City Plus to bring out notes of grape and figs with vanila and caramel sweetness, This a unique and complex coffee that will reveal one layer after another as it cools.
