This coffee comes from the village, of Chelchele, in the district, of Kochere, in the Yirgacheffe region. Chelchele coffees tend to have a nice backbone of sweetness from toffee and/or soft nuts like almond, with a floral and citrus overtone. You will note a smooth cup with floral notes of jasmine plus cherry and chocolate. The coffee was grown above 1800 meters and was processed in the natural method using raised beds.
