Arnulfo Tradio Orozco has been growing coffee since he was 17 years old, working as a picker so he could learn everything he could about coffee cultivation. He has been producing coffee himself for more than 35 years, growing this mixed lot of Castillo and Colombia varietals in the Cauca region of Colombia. He picks the cherries when they are bright purple (Castillo) and orange (Colombia), before undertaking traditional pulping, dry fermentation and parabolic drying.
